First, we will send you a questionnaire about your company. These are basic questions and should take you less than 10 minutes to complete. We will then schedule a meeting with you to review you responses and learn how to best serve you. Then, It takes about a week to setup your foundation. We will set things up as is normal for your industry, include your branding and messaging all over the place and inform you when we’re ready to start.
Yes, upon setup we will provide you up to 5 hours of changes. After that each month you are allowed 1 hours worth of changes. (We’re not a stickler. We know sometimes you need a bit more)
Not normally. If you need additional services we can prepare a quote for you.
Month-to-month. Your cancellation is effective on next billing date after 30 days.
If you have a request the simplest way is to submit a support ticket. However, we also have chat support or you may book a phone conversation.
If you are not happy with our service you may cancel within the first 30 days and all setup and recurring fees will be refunded to you. After that you may cancel with 30-days notice.
